Q. How do I place an order?

It's easy to shop with us. Just click on the item from our site that you would like to purchase. Each product listing has an "Add to cart" button on the right hand side of the page. Click on this button and you will see your product being added to your Trolley - this is shown as an animation.

Q. Is the price include or exclude GST?

All our prices are EXCLUDING GST.

Q. How is price calculated?

Forest and Lakes' pricing is based on four components.
Type - which garments are ordered.
Quantity - the number of garments you order with the same design.
Colors - the number of colors in your design.
Locations - the colors and locations of printing on the garment.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?

We main accept Credit Card, PAYPAL and Western Union. Credit card includes Visa and MasterCard.

Q. What is a PayPal account?

PayPal account is an email address which is associated with your PayPal account. You can set up a PayPal account through PayPal.com if necessary.

Q. Is it safe to order online?

You can be assured that shopping with Forest and Lakes is safe! We are a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

Q. What methods of delivery do you offer?

Forest and Lakes cooperates with major international shipping companies like FedEx, Toll, EMS and DHL to offer flexible shipping methods.

Q. What are the charges for shipping?

The cost varies depends on how many items you are ordering and use what method. To get a cost, enter your items online and check out your order you will see the shipping fee.

Q. How long does dispatch and delivery take?

All orders are processed within 3-4 working days. The items in stock will be dispatched next day depending on time of the order. If the item that ordered is out of stock, we will place the order to our factory. And it may take 10 to 20 days. If alternative option is not accepted, you can cancel the order and get full refund in 7 working days. Once dispatched, it is important to allow time for delivery that depends on delivery destination.

Q: What happens if some of my orders are damaged in transit?

Great care is taken in packing your orders however if you have any breakages in transit then contact us and we'll be happy to replace or refund your account with prior arrangement.

Q. How long do I have to return an item?

For customers, you are able to return quality problem items such as holes or serious discolored within 7 days of the date you receive the parcel. Please return quality problem items in its original packaging. Merchandise that is printed, washed, re-labelled or decorated is non-returnable. For custom printing or embroidery items, we cannot exchange or return the goods.

Q. How much does it cost to return an item?

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.
